here's my hypothetical question:
if you mass text message all your friends to tell them you're in town, does it really count? am i therefore obligated to call you because you mass texted me (not one but three times with the EXACT SAME MESSAGE?) i don't really feel obligated to call you, but i guess you did technically try to get in touch with me.
is there an emily post for cell phone etiquette?

I did not know that the ability to mass-text message EXISTED.
People are about to start getting thousands of nonsensical messages from me.
You should give me your cell number for when you're HERE. I'm excited :)
